These instructions are for
"fixing" the problem where after installing Internet Explorer 8, the
Pro viewer no longer launches from the web site, instead producing an
error stating that .NET security is not set up on your computer. These
instructions can also fix some other instances where you will see the
same behavior, so it's worth trying if you've tried everything else.

| |
| In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu and select
Internet Options, as shown. |
 |
| |
| Select the Trusted Sites Zone (#1 on the image to the
right) and then click on the Sites button (#2 on the image to the right). |
 |
| |
| Add us to the list of trusted sites. The checkbox indicated
at #1 on the image to the right must NOT be checked. Verify that our
web site is listed in the top textbox and click on the Add button at
#2. Then click on the Close button. |
 |
| |
| Now make sure that the trusted sites zone is set to the
default security level. The security level is shown at #1 in the image
to the right. If it reads anything other than Medium, click on the Default
Level button at #2. #1 should then show as Medium. Click on the
OK button at the bottom. |
 |
| |
| Now close ALL Internet Explorer
windows, then open a new one and try again. |
