Plan Information Online:
Members of the Spokane Regional Plan Center have access to our Online Bulletin, which lists construction projects bidding in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Northwest Oregon and Alaska. You can view vital project information and follow changes to these projects without even leaving your office. Upgraded Members can view the drawings and specs online and order prints using the online order form.

The Plan Room:
Our Plan Room is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. during which time you can examine the plans on file. If more time is needed, plans can be checked out overnight. Copy machines are available for copying the specifications and plans for a charge of 10 cents per page. Full size drawings can be ordered through our Reprographic Department for $1.75 per sheet for all sizes.

Application Guidelines:
If you would like to join the Spokane Regional Plan Center, please complete an application form and return to us for approval by the Board of Directors. The initial cost for a Standard Membership is $130; Upgraded Membership is $250, which includes payment for three months dues and a $25 initiation fee.

Plan Room Policies
  1. Plan room hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for holidays and other occasions approved by the Board.
  2. You must be a member of the Spokane Regional Plan Center to use the Plan Room.
  3. Members disseminating information in any format to non-members may be suspended from further use of the Plan Room.
  4. All persons using the Plan Room must sign in at the front desk.
  5. A list of plans and specifications on file and their planroom location can be obtained at the front desk or online.
  6. Plans and specifications are not to be marked on or defaced in any manner. If it is feasible to split plans, this should be done by Plan Center personnel. Any member found guilty of marking on, defacing or removing sections of plans may be suspended from further use of the Plan Room.
  7. Copy machines are available for your use. Copy cards may be purchased at the front desk. Full-size drawing copies can be ordered either via e-mail or using order sheets provided in the Plan Room.
  8. Members may have one set of plans at a table at any one time. Plans and specifications should not remain idle on tables while working on another set of plans or during absences from the Plan Room. Plans observed idle and unattended for an unreasonable period of time will be returned to its appropriate space by Plan Center personnel.
  9. Plans reserved overnight or over a weekend must be picked up between 4:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you are not at the Plan Center office by 5:00 p.m. to pick up your plans, they will be given to the person willing to wait for them until 5:00 p.m.; or put back in the box for all members' use the next morning.
  10. If you have reserved plans and find you do not need them, please cancel by 3:00 p.m. so they can be reassigned.
  11. Plans must be returned before 8:30 a.m. Anyone returning plans after 8:30 a.m. will receive a warning for the first offense. A second offense will warrant no checking out of plans for one (1) month. A third offense will warrant no checking out of plans for two (2) months or such reprimand as determined by the Board.
  12. Plans cannot be reserved or taken from the Plan Room the night before bid opening. If bid opening is on Monday, the plans cannot be reserved or taken from the Plan Room over the weekend.
  13. No plans can be reserved more than two times per week per member firm, and no more than three plans per member firm can be reserved.
  14. Plans and specifications should be completely and properly reassembled after being used in the Plan Room, or before being returned after overnight, and should be returned to the appropriate box.
  15. Plans and specifications found in need of repair should be brought to the attention of Plan Room personnel.
  16. Use of cellular phones in the Plan Room is strongly discouraged; phone booths are available or members should quietly leave the Plan Room.
  17. Conversations in the Plan Room should be held to a minimum and conducted in a low tone of voice.
  18. Plan Room areas occupied or used will be neat and clean upon departing. Another member should not have to clean up a mess in order to have a place to work.
  19. Unauthorized removal of plans and specifications from the Plan Room during working hours is not permitted. The unauthorized removal of plans and specifications may result in immediate termination of membership.
  20. Members whose dues or outstanding invoices for credit are 60 days in arrears may be restricted from charging further services and checking out plans and specifications until payment is made in full.
  21. Abuse or destruction of Plan Center property, including plans and specifications on file in the Plan Room, may cause the immediate expulsion of the individual concerned. The member firm will be responsible for damages. The member firm is responsible for their employees using the Plan Room; consequently, the member firm's membership could be in jeopardy because of an individual's conduct.
